Antelope

I spent 4 days in north eastern Montana the last week of August sitting at waterholes for antelope. While this hunt wasn't physical it was a very demanding hunt. Four days of sitting in a ground blind with 90+ degree weather was as tough as it gets. I had several goats come in to water and I missed one on the first morning, just didn't focus. I shot at the whole animal and the arrow went just under him. The last day I was going to hunt as the weather was changing, rain was coming I could see it and hear the thunder in the distance. It was mid morning and I was beginning to pack up my stuff when I saw this buck a couple hundreds yards away working his way my direction. The buck came in to water 15 yards from my blind and as they say the rest was history.
